Spaces include the breathtaking Ceremony Garden, The Bar & Barrel Room for cocktails, the expansive Loft for receptions of up to 200 guests, and more.

The Ceremony Garden

This private ceremony garden is often the best surprise on the Fleetwood property. A stunning backdrop in any season, the ceremony garden creates a special place to share wedding vows and create a truly memorable ceremony.

Bar, Barrel Room + Patio

Located below The Loft and steps from the Ceremony Garden, this indoor/outdoor space is an ideal venue for cocktail hour. Your guests can enjoy the fully lit patio outside or move indoors and enjoy the modern, rustic décor with reclaimed wood, gleaming metals, and of course, the namesake bar and wine barrels. Indoor spaces are climate controlled with air conditioning and heating.

The Loft

Our expansive new indoor event space, the Loft, features a beautiful modern farmhouse aesthetic. With clean lines, a neutral, contemporary color palette, and the stunning garden backdrop, this lovely space stands as a blank canvas for your vision. Whether

Wedding Party Suites

The Carriage House + The Upstairs Loft
Fleetwood offers two unique spaces for members of the wedding party in preparation for the big day. The Carriage House is home to leather sofas and flatscreen TVs for relaxing and hanging out, while The Upstairs Loft features bright lighting, plenty of mirrors, and vanity chairs for getting ready. (It also overlooks the Loft below for a sneak preview as they set up for the reception.) Both of these spaces serve as ideal spots to share laughter, shed tears of joy, and create special memories with cherished family and friends.

The Vineyard

We have two acres of Norton grapes that were planted in 2017. Our first harvest was Fall 2019 which was made into a Port-style wine that has become a favorite among guests. The vines have also become a favorite backdrop among our wedding parties for individual and group photos.

The Gardens

We’ll never tire of the amazement our first-time guests express upon passing through the stone archway and taking in Fleetwood’s grounds. Our lush gardens are meticulously maintained and repeatedly described as “a photographer’s dream.” Regardless of the season, the gardens offer countless picturesque areas for a photo session with the wedding party or a few quiet moments together for the bride and groom.

After “I Do”

Fleetwoods beautiful garden was perfect for our Modern Secret Garden Wedding in the beginning of June. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up with cocktail hour being outside and down in the barrel room. The reception space had a modern farmhouse touch with a wonderful deck for guest to go out and relax. Jennifer was fantastic to work with as we had a vision for our wedding that they made come true. The wine got so many compliments from our guests (we only had 6 bottles left!). Truly an amazingplace that will forever be in our hearts and many many winery visits to come!

Fleetwood has been a DREAM to work with including their amazing events team. The best part about Fleetwood is the distinct spaces it offers. Many other vineyards we looked at had everything in one spot or very near to each other so the flow felt off. At Fleetwood, there is a distinct spot for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception without feeling too big. Our guests loved the beautiful grounds, the corn hole and fire pits at night. The reception area is a dream.

Jennifer and Alex were the dream team to work with. Always professional, responsive and had lots of great ideas. Jennifer helped us with logistics and set up and worked beautifully with our vendors from The Manor and Zesty Gourmet, the caterers. Alex is the wine professional and was so helpful with our choices for the reception and dinner.
