Are infants or children allowed?
While we respectfully request that all under-21 loved ones stay at home during the week, children are welcome on Sundays. We strive to maintain a sophisticated, serene atmosphere and hope that while you’re with us, you’ll find the time and space to truly relax. Thank you for understanding.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We now welcome well-behaved dogs on leashes in our designated outdoor areas. While Fleetwood is first and foremost a place of peace and beauty, we believe dogs and gardens can coexist – with a little mutual respect.
Please be mindful of our grounds and fellow guests by cleaning up after your pup and keeping them close by at all times. We can’t wait to welcome you, and your four-legged friend, to the winery!
I have dietary restrictions. Does your menu include options for me?
Yes! We strive to ensure Fleetwood has something for everyone. Our robust menu includes delicious gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options (as well as traditional). See our menu here.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We do not permit outside food or drinks, but you’ll find a great selection of seasonal fare and snacks on our menu, along with a variety of alcohol-free beverages. We’re happy to make an exception for celebratory desserts like cake or cupcakes. Just be sure to bring your own serving utensils, and please note that we are unable to store or refrigerate any items on site.

We offer wine by the case (starting at $350, with a minimum of one case per 25 guests) and can provide beer on a consumption basis. Do I need to contract a day-of coordinator?
All couples must contract a professional day-of coordinator for their event. If the coordinator is not included on our recommended vendors list, we will need to see proof of professional credentials, either through a business license, website, or client reviews. Your coordinator will be responsible for ensuring your day looks, feels, and runs the way you want, so we encourage you to use a professional who is experienced in this area. The Fleetwood event staff will be onsite the day of your wedding but they are there to ensure the property is functional and do not manage design details, timelines, vendors, or the flow of your event.
