Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with seasonal menu changes and daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
  • Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
  • Support the team during winery events and private events
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all food products
  • Help clean winery and event spaces before, during, and after events

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
  • ServSafe or Food Handler certification is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Works well as part of a team and supports a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Weekend availability is required.

  • Wednesday–Sunday availability
  • Wednesdays and Thursdays until 8:30pm
  • Fridays 11:30am – 9:30pm
  • Saturdays 10:30am – 8:30pm
  • Sundays 10:30 – 6:30pm
  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs, including winery events and private events

Fleetwood Farm Winery is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, guiding guests through wine tastings, and ensuring an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Lead wine tastings and educate guests on our wines, vineyard, and winery history.
  • Provide recommendations and assist customers with wine purchases.
  • Handle sales transactions, including operating the POS system and processing payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, including bar areas and seating.
  • Assist in wine club sign-ups and promote winery events.
  • Follow all alcohol service regulations and winery policies.
  • Support the team with restocking wine, merchandise, and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of wine or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.

Role Description

This is a full-time Event Coordinator role for a highly visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing client inquiries, planning, and coordinating event services at Fleetwood Farm Winery. Key duties include engaging with prospective clients,  coordinating event logistics, and ensuring a seamless and memorable client experience. This individual will collaborate closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality events. Candidates must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays as needed to support scheduled events and winery operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and organizational skills, with experience supporting clients and coordinating events in a hospitality or customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and create positive guest experiences
  • Experience in event planning and event coordination with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and client needs with professionalism and efficiency
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with event management software or planning tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
